Return Policy
Standard Products
Standard products (non-custom) can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. You then have another 14 days to actually return (ship) the order to us. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition to be eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom orders
For custom orders, you have a 4-hour window from the time of placing the order to cancel it. Once the 4-hour window has passed, the custom order goes into production and can no longer be cancelled or returned. We will begin processing your order immediately to ensure timely delivery.
We understand that customization can be a specific and personal choice. That is why we offer you the possibility to order free color samples in advance. If you are not completely satisfied with your custom product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We are committed to working with you to find a suitable solution, such as adjustments to meet your wishes.
Damage or defect
In the event that your custom-made curtains arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will provide you with a free return label to send the damaged or defective product back to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will inspect it and, if necessary, exchange it for a new, identical product. If the exact product is no longer available, we will provide you with a comparable replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
Measuring instructions
Use these measuring instructions to measure and assemble your curtain.
Measure the width
Measure the desired width of the curtain. We recommend an overlap of 10 cm per side (left and right).
Measure the height
Measure from the ceiling or top of the rail to and
with the floor or windowsill. Measure in 3 places and take the
smallest measurement. Then reduce this by a desired margin between 1 and 3 cm from the floor or windowsill.
