Return Policy
Standard Products
Standard products (non-custom) can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. You then have another 14 days to actually return (ship) the order to us. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition to be eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom orders
For custom orders, you have a 4-hour window from the time of placing the order to cancel it. Once the 4-hour window has passed, the custom order goes into production and can no longer be cancelled or returned. We will begin processing your order immediately to ensure timely delivery.
We understand that customization can be a specific and personal choice. That is why we offer you the possibility to order free color samples in advance. If you are not completely satisfied with your custom product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We are committed to working with you to find a suitable solution, such as adjustments to meet your wishes.
Damage or defect
In the event that your custom-made curtains arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will provide you with a free return label to send the damaged or defective product back to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will inspect it and, if necessary, exchange it for a new, identical product. If the exact product is no longer available, we will provide you with a comparable replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

Use these instructions if you want to mount the curtain in the day (in the frame).
Measure the width
Measure the width inside the frame at the top where the roller blind is mounted and reduce this by a margin of 0.5 cm. This is the width of the cassette (profile). The fabric is standard slightly narrower than the cassette (profile).
Measure the height
Measure the height within the frames / up to the windowsill and reduce this by a margin of 0.5 cm.
Check free depth
For the roller blind cassette you need at least 5 cm of free depth in the frame. Otherwise the roller blind must be mounted on the day. See below.

Use these instructions if you want to mount the curtain on the day (on the frame).
Measure the width
Measure the desired width size including an overlap on both sides. We recommend an overlap of 4 cm per side, so a total of 8 cm.
Measure the height
Measure the desired height including an overlap. We recommend an overlap of 7 cm for the top and at least 3 cm at the bottom. For the overlap at the bottom, take into account obstacles such as a protruding windowsill.
