Standaard Producten
Standaardproducten (niet-op-maat gemaakt) kunnen binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst worden aangemeld voor retour voor een volledige terugbetaling. Daarna heb je nog eens 14 dagen om de bestelling daadwerkelijk naar ons te retourneren (opsturen). Het product moet ongebruikt zijn, in de originele verpakking en in verkoopbare staat verkeren om in aanmerking te komen voor retournering. De retourkosten zijn voor rekening van de klant.
Op maat gemaakte bestellingen
Voor op maat gemaakte bestellingen heeft u een periode van 4 uur vanaf het moment van plaatsen van de bestelling om deze te annuleren. Zodra het tijdsbestek van 4 uur is verstreken, wordt de op maat gemaakte bestelling in productie genomen en kan deze niet meer worden geannuleerd of geretourneerd. We beginnen direct met de verwerking van uw bestelling om een tijdige levering te garanderen.
We begrijpen dat maatwerk een specifieke en persoonlijke keuze kan zijn. Daarom bieden we u o.a. de mogelijkheid om vooraf gratis kleurstalen te bestellen. Als u niet volledig tevreden bent met uw op maat gemaakte product, neem dan binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van uw bestelling contact met ons op. We zijn toegewijd aan het samenwerken met u om een passende oplossing te vinden, zoals aanpassingen om aan uw wensen te voldoen.
Schade of defect
In het geval dat uw op maat gemaakte gordijnen beschadigd of defect aankomen, neem dan onmiddellijk na ontvangst contact met ons op. We zullen u voorzien van een gratis retourlabel om het beschadigde of defecte product naar ons terug te sturen. Na ontvangst van het beschadigde artikel zullen we het inspecteren en, indien nodig, omruilen voor een nieuw, identiek product. Als het exacte product niet meer beschikbaar is, bieden we u een vergelijkbare vervanging of een volledige terugbetaling, inclusief verzendkosten.

Use these instructions if you want to mount the blind in the day (in the frame).
Measure the width
Measure the width inside the frame at three different places (top, middle, bottom). Take the smallest measurement and reduce this by a margin of 0.5 cm. This is the width measurement for the blind.
Measure the height
Measure the height inside the frame at three different places (left, middle, right). Take the smallest measurement and reduce this by a margin of 0.5 cm. This is the height measurement for the blind.
Check free depth
For the profile and brackets of the blind you need at least 3 cm free depth in the frame. Otherwise the blind must be mounted on the day. See below.

Measure the width
Measure the desired width size including an overlap on both sides. We recommend an overlap of 4 cm per side, so a total of 8 cm.
Measure the height
Measure the desired height including an overlap. We recommend an overlap of 4 cm for the top and at least 2 cm at the bottom. For the overlap at the bottom, take into account obstacles such as a protruding windowsill.
